It's day 2 back in Germany.
It doesn't feel like home yet.
How can it? I just left home. Left Sydney. Left behind most of the people I love in this world.
The biggest effect jetlag has on me is melancholy and apathy.
I know I will see things differently in a few days.
And I know the greyness of winter will soon pass too.
